AAA Auto Group provides membership, travel, insurance and financial services offerings to more than 8.4 million members through a network of nearly 8,000 employees in approximately 300 office locations. AAA Auto Group was challenged with finding additional ways to connect with their membership. They decided to offer automobile service centers, open to the public but discounted for auto club members. These retail locations could also house AAA offices offering additional auto club consumer products.
Paragon procured this build-to-suit development project through our strong relationship with the tenant representative for AAA Auto Group. The development required special city governmental approvals because of the location and use. Paragon provided full-service development and construction management services, coordinated and managed all due diligence, entitlement, permitting, utility, design and construction for the redevelopment of the site. The total project cost was $1.8M.
